I received 8 DVDs. None were broken and all were playable.

I received 1 DVD. None were broken and all were playable.
I have several movies in my queue since I joined in July that have a status of "unknown". I was able to add them to my queue, But, there they sit. If a movie isn't released yet and the status indicates that, then fine, but a movie that was made more than fifty years ago? Go figure. Either it is or it is not available. Why am I given the choice to add a movie more than fifty years old to my queue and the status is "unknown" or "Long Wait" for four months now? I would expect this of new releases.

I recieved 1 DVD: Blast from the past. It was scratched and playable.
I received the same DVD 2 days ago. I mean the exact same DVD that I already reported as scratched.
