I received 8 DVDs. 7 were playable.
I spoke to trevor @ 8:07 PM mountain time.
trevor did not offer to send me a bonus dics because I got a scratched unplayable one.
The last several DVD deliveries have had a much better success rate. This makes me very curious why I had been previously asked to provide an alternate mailing address at my expense to have DVDs delivered unbroken. Customer service agents implied that I was responsible for the broken discs - presumably for some gain. For a very long time, Netflix's position was that I was the only person in my entire zip code who was experiencing broken discs. Netflix may have gotten the message that I was going to stand firm on my position that I am entitled to get what I paid for and it was their responsibility to resolve the broken disc issue at their expense of time and money. Apparently the cost of replacement discs got someone's attention.

I received 8 DVDs. Seven were playable. One was scratched and not playable.

Despite my request to cancel my membership during my conversation with david on 11/20/09, my membership was not canceled on 12/10/09. I tried changing it to 2 DVDs at a time on 11/26/06 to ensure I recieved my remaining DVDs before canceling. But, I found out on 12/10/09, my renewal date, it wasn't changed and wasn't canceled. Since I have been billed, I will continue until 01/10/10. I will cancel online and cancel my credit card, and put Netflix in the past.

I received no DVDs today
I changed my plan to 2 discs. Netflix has been dragging their feet regarding processing my returned DVDs and sending new ones.

I received only one DVD of the 2 I reported scratched. None of the remaining 6 have arrived.
I recieved a promotion via email to pass to friends. There is no freakin' way I would recommend Netflix to anyone.

I received 8 DVDs. 2 were scratched and unplayable.

There was no offer to compensate me for the unplayable DVDs of which I have paid. He said replacement DVDs would be sent out and he summarlily hung up on me.

I received 8 DVDs.
It has been 8 days since I recieved any DVDs. The last 8 DVDs I received on 11/20/09 were returned on the same night to the PO Box Netflix uses to receive DVDs (their distribution address). Yes, there was a holiday, but 8 days delay? netflix is penalizing me, because of my complaints and attempts at holding them to their promises as advertised.
